Mahindra Extends Support To Nepal Earthquake Victims

Nepal was hit with a massive earthquake that recorded 7.8 magnitude on the richter scale. Several buildings and monuments have been damaged and so far over 3,000 deaths have been reported.

In these times of hardship everyone comes together to help the affected nation and its people. Mahindra & Mahindra has also offered to provide support to earthquake victims of Nepal.

The Indian automobile manufacturer has promised to provide its products to help victims. They will provide Nepal Government with tractors and pick-up vehicles through their dealers.

Anand Mahindra, Chairman and Managing Director, Mahindra Group expressed, "At Mahindra our heart goes out to the victims of this unfortunate tragedy. The pain of Nepal is felt by each member of the Mahindra family."

He further added, "We do hope and pray that our humble support helps the earthquake victims in Nepal and in the affected parts of India to get back to normalcy at the earliest."

Mahindra will also provide similar assistance to states that were affected in India by the earthquake. These products will be used to restore normalcy and rehabilitation work as well.
