Koenigsegg Agera RS To Be Unveiled At 2015 Geneva Motor Show
The Geneva Motor Show is set to commence on the 3rd of March, 2015. Several automobile manufacturers will be present, along with many more motoring enthusiasts. Luxury car makers will always want to showcase something special and exuberant.
Swedish hypercar manufacturer Koenigsegg will be introducing its Agera RS to the world. The manufacturer specialises in supercars and was founded by Christian von Koenigsegg. Their headquarters are located at Angelholm, Scania, Sweden.
Koenigsegg had launched their Agera hypercar with the intention to replace the CCX model. In the past the manufacturer has introduced various options with tremendous power upgrades. The now promise to launch an even more powerful model in the form of the Agera RS.
The Swedish hypercar manufacturer provides its Agera models with a 5.0-litre, V8 twin-turbo engine. The base model of Agera generates 947 horsepower, while the Agera S develops a whopping 1,000 horsepower. Koenigsegg Agera R produces 1,200 horsepower and that is not the end. They have a One:1 model that generates a mammoth 1,341 horsepower.
The Swedish manufacturer has not provided any details or teaser image of its Agera RS. We believe this hypercar could be even more powerful than its existing models. Koenigsegg could even redesign their vehicle for a more futuristic look and appeal.
We will all have to wait and see what Koenigsegg has stored up its sleeves. More details on the Agera RS will be provided closer to its debut. The swedish manufacturer will mark Agera RS debut at 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
