Indian Army Put Their Faith In Maruti Suzuki Gypsy Order More Models
Maruti Suzuki is the number one seller of four-wheelers in Indian market. It is a popular brand among several individuals and is used by many for work related activities as well.
The Indian Army has always trusted Maruti Suzuki products for their grueling activities. Their Gypsy is a common product that has been regularly demanded by the armed forces.
Recently Indian Army issued a requirement for new SUVs that will replace their outdated models. Indian automobile manufacturer Mahindra and Tata were contacted for their Scorpio and Safari respectively.

Maruti Suzuki at this moment manufacturers Gypsy model only when there is requirement. Indian Army has put its faith back in Gypsy and have placed an order for another 2,071 units.
Indian Army is also keen on not phasing out Maruti Suzuki's Gypsy out anytime soon. The vehicle satisfies each and every of their requirements and could order more vehicles in future.
Manufacturer will be equipping the Gypsy with special accessories and equipment requested by Indian Army. It is estimated that Maruti Suzuki could earn INR 125 crore from this deal by providing 2,071 Gypsy models.
