Honda CR-V To Become Bigger To Accommodate 7-Seats
Honda is a popular brand in several markets across the globe. The Japanese based manufacturer offers several products in various markets.
The CR-V is one of the popular offerings from Honda in SUV segment globally. They have constantly updated the styling and features of their premium SUV offering.
For 2017 update Honda is planning to make their CR-V bigger and better than ever. Their main goal is to make it a comfortable 7-seater, it will be more SUV than previous generation.
CR-V will be offered with optional diesel or petrol engine with AWD option. They will also offer the petrol variant with CVT and manual transmission options to attract a wider audience.
This new Honda CR-V will most likely be showcased by 2016-end, however, it will officially be launched during early 2017. Honda India is most likely to bring new CR-V to the country as well.
Main reason for Honda to launch a bigger CR-V is to differentiate its offering from its upcoming crossover models. India too will get a compact SUV soon, which will be based on their Brio platform.
