In Pics: Upcoming Honda Civic — Like or Dislike?
Honda Civic Coupe in production guise will make its debut at the 2015 LA Motor Show. The tenth-generation Civic Coupe, which is being developed for global markets, carries forward several design elements from the concept design.
The concept version of the Honda Civic Coupe was showcased at the 2015 New York Motor Show. Honda is working on two other derivatives of the Civic Coupe. Those models, however, will be introduced at a later stage and most likely will be the Civic Type-R and Civic Si models.
Powering the new Honda Civic Coupe will be a wide range of petrol engines. Honda will provide customers with an option between three engines: a 1.0-litre turbocharged, 1.5-litre turbocharged, and a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated engine. These engines will be mated to an optional 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT gearbox.
DriveSpark Thinks! If Honda plans of bringing the Civic back to India they could provide a similar design, but in a four-door version.
