Is Tesla Getting Backstabbed By Former Employee?
American electric carmaker Tesla has proved that electric cars are the future of automobiles with its cars that offer comfort and performance.
Just as things seem good to them, a company named Atieva is teasing a car with with a tagline that reads ‘challenging the idea of what a car can be'.
So what makes it more interesting is that Atieva has been started by a former Tesla employee, Bernard Tse, former Tesla VP and board member from 2003 to 2007, and Sam Weng, who is a former Oracle executive.
As Atieva's website explains that it is making a ‘breakthrough electric car in the heart of Silicon Valley', the company is on a hiring spree and has patented 100 different things to its name.
Atieva's website also assures customers saying ‘We're a car company, not a design house. And we're definitely not a traditional automaker'.
So is this a reason to worry for Tesla Motors? Only time will tell.
