Fiat To Debut 500 Vintage ’57 & Doblo Trekking At Geneva Motor Show
Italian automobile giant Fiat will be debuting two new models at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. The motor show is scheduled to commence on 5th and will go on to 15th of March, 2015. The first will be an all-new Fiat 500 Vintage '57 and a Doblo Trekking.
Fiat will begin deliveries in UK by early April, 2015 for its 500 Vintage '57. The manufacturer will price its vehicle at 12,545 Pounds or INR 12,05,200. Italian designers have provided the vehicle with retro-styling to recreate the charm of their older models.
The 500 Vintage '57 will be powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine, producing 69 horsepower. Fiat will also offer an optional 0.9-litre TwinAir turbo petrol engine, which will be capable of producing 85 horsepower. The vehicle will sport seven airbags, start/stop system, ESP with ASR/MSR, HBA, Hill Holder, air-conditioning along with Blue and Me.
The most distinctive element on Fiat's 500 Vintage '57 is their retro-styled wheels. They have also continued their retro theme within the cabin with a white dashboard. Fiat retro logo on the steering wheel, along with Poltrona Frau leather seats with ivory leather inserts and 500 embroidery as well.
Also marking its debut on the grand stage of motor shows is Fiat's Doblo Trekking. This vehicle is for individuals looking for a rugged van. The Italian manufacturer does not provide all-wheel drive, however, it gets traction control. They have not provided engine specifications or any other details and it will be revealed at launch.
