Formula One round two of 2015 season will be held in Malaysia. Spanish driver Fernando Alonso did not participate in the first round as doctors had requested him to take rest.

Now Alonso is keen to comeback in Malaysia, however, he will have to undergo a rigorous pre-race medical check-up. This is mainly to see if he is fit and so that he is not a liability on track.

McLaren Honda had Kevin Magnussen step in place of Fernando Alonso. The young drivers luck was bad as the vehicle failed during formation lap itself.

Fernando Alonso had a freak accident during the final round of pre-season testing. The Spaniard has told his team that he feels the cause of accident was steering wheel getting heavy.

The two-time Formula One World Champion suffered a concussion and his doctors suggested rest. They did not want a second impact syndrome, which could create more complications.

The Spanish drivers doctor has cleared him to race, however, a final evaluation will be done prior to the race. Alonso will be keen to get behind the wheels of his McLaren Honda and show his talent once again.
