Chevrolet Complete Care Programme Introduced In India
Chevrolet from General Motors is trying to improve its customer relation among Indians. They have now introduced their global initiative within the country to improve experience.
American based automobile manufacturer plans to provide better quality, reliability and value for customers money. Chevrolet Complete Care programme was introduced on 3rd August, 2015.
It offers low cost of maintenance, Chevrolet U-First, 24/7 Roadside Assistance and Chevrolet Warranty. All of these will be included in Chevrolet Complete Care programme in India.
Arvind Saxena, President & Managing Director, General Motors India said, "Our customers here in India, just like others around the world, have high expectations. Our goal is to demonstrate to our customers that we truly care about them throughout their ownership experience."
Chevrolet will also provide warranty on vehicles for 1,00,000 kilometre or three years. Vehicle owners can extend total warranty by 1,50,000 kilometres or five years, which is priced nominally.
24x7 Roadside Assistance will be free for three years for all Chevrolet vehicles. Chevrolet U-First is for women customers, who will receive free pick up and drop of vehicle for periodic service.
They have also prepared an application called Chevrolet Service Estimator, which will calculate service cost. Customers can avail these service from the 231 sales outlets or 257 service outlets spread across India. You can also find closest service centre through MyChevroletIndia mobile app.
