Audi Matrix OLED Light Technology Unveil At 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show
Audi will be showcasing its all-new Matrix OLED light technology in September. The German automobile manufacturer will be revealing this technology at 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The German luxury car manufacturer is always innovating and trying to to prepare something for the future. It will be showcased on Audi's concept vehicle as their rear lights.
Previously Audi showcased its laser headlights on their R8 LMX model. This is the future of light technology for vehicles and is called Matrix OLED light technology by Audi engineers.
Benefit of OLED are several, they can be divided into small segments that can be controlled at various brightness levels. The OLED will be transparent and will be capable of emitting various colours.
Making it an unique Audi product is a precise boundary from each other on illuminated sub-surface. It is more adaptable and better when compared to LED light systems that are used currently.
