Ariel Nomad Now Comes With A Supercharged Engine!

The Ariel Nomad is a dune buggy that barely manages to tick all the boxes to be road legal. The Nomad is light and fast, but the engineers over at Ariel thought it wasn't enough. So they decided to add a supercharger to the engine.

The Nomad in stock form produces 235 horsepower from the 2.4-litre, four-cylinder, Honda engine. With the supercharger now installed, the Ariel Nomad's power now stands at 290 horsepower. The company has not released any official performance figures, but the stock Nomad can sprint to 100 km/h from standstill in 3.4 seconds.
