Japanese automobile giant Honda is soon to launch a few new products in India. The CR-V, HR-V and Jazz are most likely to be introduced in our country. Out of them the premium hatchback Jazz is likely to be their first launch for 2015.
Honda India has planned to locally manufacture the Jazz to keep costs low. Now the Japanese manufacturer has already commenced assembly of its Jazz in India. They have, however, still not launched the hatchback in India and have begun exports to South Africa.
The Japanese manufacturer has priced their hatchback for South Africa, which is indicative of its Indian pricing as well. The base model Jazz costs 1,79,900 Rand or INR 9,54,808 the fully loaded model costs 2,64,900 Rand or INR 14,05,940.
In South Africa the Jazz will be available with two petrol engines and no diesel mill on offer. Honda will provide the Indian Jazz with a single petrol and diesel engine option.
