Volkswagen Mumbai Owners Visit Factory
Volkswagen, the German manufacturer, builds cars and provides their cars to valued customers. It very rarely happens that a customer gets to see how their particular vehicle has been produced.
Recently a Volkswagen dealer from Mumbai organised a special treat for his customers. He assembled a group of Volkswagen owners and arranged for a visit to the German car manufacturer's production facility.
Volkswagen has their unit in Chakan, Pune. The proud owners of VW were explained why only Volkswagen can prepare cars they currently drive in.
Each of the owners were given a guided tour of Volkswagen's state-of-the-art facility. It was an interesting experience as the owners drove down to Pune in their respective Volkswagens and witness their cars in the making.
It would be a great experience if all manufacturers began this process by allowing buyers to visit the facility before selecting the vehicle they would like to purchase. This would be a great way to build a special bond between the manufacturer and owner of the car.
