Toyota Me.We Concept Car In Pics
Toyota has developed a new eco-friendly vehicle. It is an electric concept car called Me.We.
The Japanese automobile manufacturer has developed this car in unison with Toyota's European design team and Jean-Marie Massaud, Industrial designer.

The Me.We concept car is an electric car, so weight was a major concern. However, Toyota has made this cars exterior with recycled polypropylene, saving weight.
The Me.We looks odd and isn't appealing to our team, maybe someone might like it. To top it off the concept car has been nominated for this years design of the year award at London's Design Museum.
Toyota explains, that till today no other manufacturer has been able to solve the real life problems of electric cars as their Me.We concept. The Japanese haven't shown any keen interest on production and we thank them for it.

Toyota explains their car is an off-roader, convertible, pickup and a small car all at the same time. This is due to the interchangeable plastic body panels that rest on an aluminium tubular skeleton.
"By losing sight of reality and as a result of an idealized approach, the car has become an accumulation of constraints more than a source of freedom. However, our lives and needs require more adaptability, simplicity, and lightness," explains Massaud.
