Top 10 Selling Cars In November 2014

By Rajkamal

India has seen a dip in car sales over some time now. Manufacturers, in spite of launching new vehicles and even not hiking prices for the existing ones, did little to help sales grow.

Car sales was expected to grow in double digits this year, but managed to grow a mere 5 percent till date. Looking at the industry struggling, even the government tried to help by cutting down excise duty levied on cars.

Initially intended to be valid till June, the government extended the cut on excise duty till December this year. Now, being December, car manufacturers are still worried about the growth.

After giving numerous discounts and keeping prices stable, they have now resorted to increase prices because input costs have gone high and their profits taking a higher dent.

In spite of sales being slow, some manufacturers did manage to register growth. Let's take a look at top 10 cars that sold the most in November 2014, compared to October 2014.
