Tata Motors Hiring 3,000 New Employees
News is that Tata Motors require approximately 3,000 new employees. They will place these new employees around their 200 dealerships within the country. Jobs such as team leaders, sales managers and customer advisors are available.
The Indian automobile giant will shortlist and recruit the new employees with the help of the dealers. Tata Motors are hiring new employees prior to the launch of their new vehicles, the Bolt hatchback and the new Zest sedan. Tata is betting big on their new products and want to provide utmost importance to the customers.
Ranjit Yadav, President, passenger vehicles business unit quoted,"In line with our vision and strategy to provide an enriched purchase experience, we have undertaken a revamp expedition of showrooms and expansion of our dealership workforce to prepare for the launch of our exciting global cars, Zest and Bolt."
The main goal of Tata Motors is to provide a new and more engaging approach with its customers. Hiring more workforce is the only means to achieve this goal. Since both the new cars are global products the Indian manufacturer wants its product to be showcased in a global avatar.
The new employees are expected to undergo special training to be more engaging and informative to the customers. These 3,000 new employees will be hired from around the country and will be given duties in Tata Motors 200-dealer network.
Tata Motors have already revealed their Bolt and Zest vehicles at this years Auto Expo held in Greater Noida, New Delhi. The Indian manufacturer is expected to launch these new cars in the near future.
