Shivang Technocrats Link Up With Swedish Firm
Shivang Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. is a Pune based manufacturer of automobile components. They manufacture automotive components like fuel filler necks, pedal assemblies, sheet metal components, integrated seat frames and much more.
To further their future prospects, the Pune based automotive component manufacturer will be joining hands with Swedish company Lareda Mekan AB. This union is expected to expand the portfolio of products offered by the manufacturer.
The alliance between Shivang Technocrat and Lareda Mekan AB is being dealt by ALCOR Mergers and Acquisitions Pvt. Ltd. The union of both companies will increase its customer base in Asia, India and European countries. There are two phases that have been planned for the alliance.

In the first phase, Lareda Mekan will begin its alliance by creating an outsourcing channel to cater to the needs of Lareda Mekan customers in Asia, India and Europe. They will provide the complete range of products that the manufacturer has to offer.
In their second phase the alliance will turn into a joint venture. They will begin this within six months after the first phase. The joint venture will have a team to promote them as a co-brand, through advertisements.

Ranjeetsingh Rajput, Director of Shivang Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. expressed, "This Alliance will bring in a range of International technology , customers to Shivang Technocrats Pvt ltd which will boost the entire Mac Steel Group to emerge as a global leader."
Lars Thunberg, Chairman, Lareda Mekan AB, said, "I look forward to launching the Alliance in India to address South Asian and European customers and also plan to launch the Joint Venture with Shivang Technocrats to address the high quality requirements of European companies."
