Rolls-Royce Coming To Chennai & Kochi By 2015
British premium luxury car maker of bespoke handmade vehicles Rolls-Royce is on a mission to grow. The Indian market is slowly and steadily picking up pace, however, it seems like the premium and luxury market in the nation is unaffected.
Rolls-Royce has decided to expand its wing in India by introducing two more premium dealerships. The British marque has opted to inaugurate its new dealership in Chennai and Kochi. Their plan is to introduce these new showrooms by 2015.
Their current lineup for India includes their Ghost, Phantom, Phantom Coupe and the Drophead Coupe. The Rolls Royce brand has introduced their vehicles at a starting price of INR 2,50,00,000 ex-showroom, New Delhi and their top end model costs INR 4,01,00,000 ex-showroom, New Delhi.
The premium manufacturer of bespoke vehicles will be introducing its Ghost Series 2 model in India by 2014 end. There have also been rumours of Rolls Royce working on a SUV model, as well as a plug in hybrid for a profitable future.
Currently Rolls Royce has registered impressive growth figures across the globe. Majority of their sales are coming from the Asia Pacific region. It was earlier reported a Hong Kong business tycoon had purchased 30 premium vehicles at a time.
Currently Rolls-Royce has a single outlet in South of India based in Hyderabad. There will be two more outlets coming up soon in Chennai and Kochi. The South has purchased several Rolls-Royce vehicles and the manufacturer has decided to provide a showroom.
