Peugeot Reveals New Concept Exalt
French car manufacturer Peugeot has revealed their new concept saloon code named Exalt. It borrows design cues from their Onyx concept.
Peugeot will utilise the bodywork seen on the Onyx concept. It will be made out of metal and a textile that has a texture of Shark Skin.
The Interiors will sport various unique materials like natural wool-based ‘chiné' mixed fabric, aged leather, bare steel and ebony.
Maxime Picat, Peugeot Brand CEO, explains,"PEUGEOT's 125 year automobile history is punctuated by models that made their mark on their era. With the EXALT Concept, the Brand asserts its position and writes a new chapter. We are moving forward, resolutely and with confidence."

Peugeot Reveals Concept Exalt
Peugeot has revealed their new concept saloon called the Exalt. It is based upon their earlier concept car Onyx.

Peugeot Exalt Front View
The front of Peugeot's Exalt looks striking and different from regular models. It has an aggressive looking front fascia, which suits the Exalt.

Peugeot Exalt Side View
From the side we can notice Peugeot's concept is long and will be a two door saloon. The Exalt currently has a two tone effect; however, this could be only for the concept and won't make it to the production vehicle. The line along its body are striking yet subtle.

Peugeot Exalt Rear View
The rear tail lights are attractive and pull attention away from other parts. The dual exhaust behind adds a sporty element to Peugeot's Exalt.

Peugeot Exalt Interior
Peugeot's Exalt will feature various materials within the cabin like natural wool-based ‘chiné' mixed fabric, aged leather, bare steel and ebony. There will also be special wood that will be used inside.

Peugeot Concept Exalt
The Exalt will sport a 1.6 litre engine and will produce over 270bhp. It will also have an electric motor when combined will produce 340bhp. It will have a four cylinder engine mated to a 6-speed transmission.
