Peugeot 308 SW Revealed; Price & Launch Date
Peugeot has revealed it's new 308 SW to public and will be accepting bookings for their new estate car. The French car manufacturer will be launching and delivering the first car on 19th June, 2014.
The 308 SW will be offered in various trim levels, which will range from 16,845 Pounds and will go up to 25,145 Pounds. There will be four variants to choose from.
Peugeot will offer their 308 SW with two petrol and five diesel engine options. All the engines will sport stop/start option as standard, this will aid in boosting fuel economy.
Peugeot will sport an all new three-cylinder petrol engine called PureTech, it will be a 1.2 litre e-THP mill and will produce 110 BHP or 130 BHP.
The French manufacturer will also offer diesel engines, which will be available in either 92 BHP or 115 BHP, along with a 1.6 litre HDi engine. There will also be an option of a 1.6 litre e-HDi engine producing 115 BHP.
Peugeot will offer the 308 SW with their new BlueHDi engines, which will produce 120 BHP from a 1.6 litre engine and will release CO2 of 85g/km, which is the lowest. There will also be a 2.0 litre engine producing 150 BHP.
The 308 SW will come fitted with LED DRLs(daytime running lights), cruise control, Bluetooth, air-con, USB connectivity and a DAB radio. This will come standard with the car in their base variant 'Access'.
Spec Allure variant will be equipped with a 9.7" touch screen infotainment, sat nav, dual-zone air-con, reverse parking sensors and 16" alloy wheels.
Peugeot will also be offering its fully packed car with all round parking sensors, reverse camera, LED headlights and electric folding mirrors. Their 'Feline' variant will come with 18" alloy wheels, keyless entry, dynamic cruise control, emergency collision alert and sport seats from Alcantara.
