Michael Schumacher Regains Part Consciousness
Seven-time F1 Championship winner Michael Schumacher has been in a state of coma since December of 2013. However, as the saying goes there is always light at the end of the tunnel. The German ace has suffered head injury, while on a ski vacation with his family.
The current update is Michael Schumacher's doctor have witnessed short spells of consciousness by the Champion. This is great news and it seems like the fighter within the F1 legend is going to be back.

Michael Schumacher is in Grenoble hospital with his team of doctors and they stated in their statement. He is fighting his way back and there is definite progress. The German has shown moments of awakening and even consciousness.

The German Legends team is confident and believes there is considerable improvement in his condition. They had placed him in an induced coma and were finding it hard to revive him from it. However, the fighting spirit within him is shining through.

Schumacher's family has explained they are thankful for everyone's prayers and wishes. They couldn't ask for anything more other than the supporters and fans wishes and blessings.
The family is also sorry that no details are being provided and explain it is to maintain privacy of the German's family and his too. They have also not revealed much as they would like the team of doctors to work calmly and not feel too much pressure.
This Sunday 6th of April, 2014 is the Bahrain GP and the track owners have named turn 1 in honour of Michael Schumacher. They are also preparing a special barrier at turn 1, with a special message for the seven time World Champion. The signage will read 'Our thoughts and prayers are with you Michael'.
