Michael Schumacher Could Be Sued
The German F1 legend Michael Schumacher has been in a coma since the 29th of December, 2013. He has shown signs of recovery and there is improvement in his health.
Now a story is developing in which Michael Schumacher could be sued in Spain for colliding with a motorcycle.
The complaint is regarding an incident a few weeks before his coma-inducing accident. It is claimed the German was driving an Audi A4 that he had rented in Spain.
The report claims there was damage to the bike Schumacher hit. Also, the rider's clothing and some valuable items were damaged too in addition to sustaining injuries including a broken wrist.
The motorcyclist will be pressing charges, he would like to receive compensation for the medical expenses.
The insurance party of both concerned parties will first try to sort the claim outside court. If they do not arrive at a decision they will move to the court for justice.
Michael Schumacher is currently in a coma and this is the last piece of news we wanted to hear about him. Hopefully the issue is cleared as soon as possible.
