Mahindra is expected to launch their new compact SUVs in both petrol and diesel engine options. This will be done to make their compact SUVs more appealing to the modern vehicle buyer. These new vehicles are expected to be launched in the span of two years.

The first product to be launched will be their brand new compact SUV, which has been codenamed S-101. Mahindra will launch this vehicle, which is expected to compete head on with Ford, Renault and Nissan.

The Indian manufacturer will follow the S-101 by launching their facelifted Quanto and Bolero. Mahindra Bolero had done well when launched, however, since then it has declined in terms of sales. The Quanto on the other hand was priced aggressively and was feature rich, however, it never impressed the Indian buyer.
