Mahindra ‘Uday’ Program For Commercial Vehicle Owners Announced
Mahindra has launched a new Customer Relationship Management program for its small commercial vehicles owners called ‘Uday'. This unique initiative not just benefits the owner and his business, extends its reach to the owner's family.
Following are the benefits that can be availed by Mahindra small commercial vehicle owners:
- A discount of 10 percent on labour and 5 percent on spares parts and a mobile recharge of Rs. 100.
- Light Commercial Vehicle owners will receive accident insurance cover of up to INR 2 lakh.
- Owners will be provided access to ‘With You Hamesha' vehicle Service and Health Check-up camps organized by Mahindra.
- The program also includes referral schemes with benefits like free service coupons for introducing prospective customers to the Mahindra brand. The referral benefits are applicable the referee as well.
Apart from these regular benefits, Mahindra also has a ‘Uday Vidyarthi' program for the children of Mahindra LCV owners. Under this initiative:
One thousand students will be provided scholarship based on their 10th standard performances. Any student with an overall performance of higher than 75 percent will be eligible. Selected students will be with a Rs 5000 reward, along with a certificate of appreciation.
