JK Tyre Unveil Their Largest Tyre Manufactured In India At IMME 2014

On 3rd of December, 2014 JK Tyre and Industries, announced the launch of their largest tyre. It is a commercial vehicle tyre and has been produced in India. It was showcased at the International Mining and Machinery Exhibition in Kolkata.

The pioneers of radial tyre in India also launched its 18.00-25 VEM smooth tyre. With this new tyre, JK tyres is making its intentions clear. They want to have a strong presence across the industry and world.

With better days in the offing, the mining industry holds great potential and we are ready to make the most of it."

JK Tyre has manufactured a 12 feet high tyre, which weighs 3.7 tons. It has been constructed specially for India's biggest Rigid Dump-Truck, which has payload capacity of 240 tons. The largest tyre is a sign that the manufacturer is betting high on the expected mining and infrastructure activity in India.

The tyre maker has launched two products at IMME 2014, Kolkata. JK Tyre has introduced their special product for reach-stacker, with improved life and productivity of the product. They have named this tyre as 18.00-25 VEM Smooth. It claims to provide superior mobility as well as longevity.

JK Tyre is modifying their after-sales strategy in India. They will be introducing an international practice for customers. The manufacturers specialised sales and service network has been a huge hit in both domestic and international markets.
