Honda India 3rd In Passenger Car Segment
Honda has launched a varied range of cars in the Indian market. They recently launched the new City and Amaze. Now Honda India will be set to take the third position as the biggest passenger vehicle manufacturer in India along with Mahindra & Mahindra.
The Japanese car manufacturer has somehow managed to limit its damages and maintain its sales during the economic slowdown. It is estimated that Honda will sell close to 18,000 to 20,000 vehicles in this month.

Mahindra to sells the same amount of vehicles making them joint at third position. They will be following leaders Hyundai and Maruti Suzuki.

The beginning seen Honda selling 15,700 units and followed it with 14,300 vehicles in the month of February. The excise duty reduction just before fiscal year end boosted the company's sales considerably.
Honda believes it will continue selling these numbers and can maintain their position as the third highest seller of passenger cars in India.
Auto experts explain that March witnessed a decent amount of bookings. They believe sales will be equal or more compared to last year March.

The Japanese car manufacturer has showcased growth on a month to month basis. Honda has a great product portfolio and all its cars are of exceptional quality and are appealing to a majority of people.
Honda is expected to launch its Mobilio soon and when it does it should further help the Japanese automobile giant in increasing its sales as well as its product lineup.
