Ford India Begins Retail Distribution Of Genuine Parts In Delhi

Ford India has a wide range of product offerings in India. They currently offer the Figo, Ford Classic, EcoSport, Fiesta and Endeavour. At 2014 Auto Expo the American based manufacturer showcased its sedan version of Figo.

In an attempt to improve the customer-manufacturer relation Ford India has taken a step forward. They will from today onwards offer their spare parts at their retail distributor outlets in Delhi region.

Ford India will be partnering with Eminent Auto Parts as an exclusive distributor of genuine service parts in Delhi. The American manufacturer will also begin this service in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra and East of India soon.

Nigel Harris, President and Managing Director, Ford India commented, "With a manifold increase in our customer base, retail distribution of Ford Genuine service parts is a right step at the right time."

He further added, "The launch in Delhi is a first step in this journey and will ensure that Ford genuine spare parts are available to our customers more conveniently than ever - be it multi-brand workshops or their trusted mechanic."

Customers can purchase their service parts in Delhi from 10/58, Kirti Nagar Industrial Area. The Eminent Auto Parts will offer Ford genuine parts in all their retail and also to independent repair shops. Customers can take their vehicle to other repair shops and get their parts replaced without worrying.

Ford India wants to reduce the cost of ownership of their vehicles. Their new initiative will offer vehicle service for a nominal price of INR 2,199. The technicians will be trained by Ford and will use special equipment too as part of their ‘Happy Pocket Service'.
