Ferrari To Launch New Cars Every Year
During the recently held meet where Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles announced the group's strategy for the next five years, Ferrari stated that starting from 2015, it will launch a new model every year for the next five years.
However, Ferrari also made it clear that it will stick to its current strategy of limiting production to 7000 units per annum to maintain exclusivity. They did add that it could increase that number to 10,000 units in the future if required.

Each of the five new models that will be launched starting next year will have a lifespan of eight years. However, the cars will receive major mid-life technology updates, what Ferrari refers to as "modificato".
Do remember that Ferrari is only referring to its about its regular and not special models like the LaFerrari, which appear once in 10 years on an average. Neither does it include track only cars belonging to the FXX programme and Special Projects one-offs commissioned by customers.
Ferrari also said that it will stick to using V8 and V12 engines, and not move down to V6 units. Turbochargers are, however, expected to appear in future models.
The newest car in the Ferrari stable is the California T and the next one is expected to be the update to the 458 Italia.
