Faurecia Appoints Niklas Braun As Executive Vice President
Faurecia, one of the world's largest automotive parts manufacturing company, has appointed Niklas Braun as member of the Group's Executive Committee, effective and as Executive Vice President in charge of the Automotive Exteriors business group.
Braun will take over from Hervé Guyot from May 2014. Guyot, who has served as the Executive Vice President Automotive Exteriors since September 2, 2013, will continue leading Group Strategy within the Executive Committee.
Braun was previously a member of the Group Executive Board of REHAU and CEO of the REHAU Automotive Business Division, a Tier 1 supplier to all major international automakers.

A graduate engineer of Technical University Berlin (Germany), Niklas started his career in 1999 with A.T. Kearney in Germany before joining the REHAU Group in 2002. He has held a wide range of management positions in Operations, R&D, Engineering, Technology and Innovation at REHAU. For two years, he was a member of the REHAU North America Executive Board. Early 2009, he was appointed to the Automotive Executive Board, before taking over the position of CEO of REHAU Automotive in April 2011. Additionally he was appointed to the Group Executive Board of REHAU in 2012.
