Doctor Says Schumacher Is Making Progress
Following Michael Schumacher's accident, the last update was from about a month ago from Jean-Louis Moncet, Formula One commentator, when he met the former Formula One driver's son saying Michael is waking up very slowly.
Moncet said, "things are going at a slow pace, but Michael Schumacher has a lot of time ahead to get back on track."
Just a few days after Moncet's update about the former world champion, one of the doctors who treated Schumacher at Grenoble hospital just after the skiing accident, ean-Francois Payen has provided additional details.
The Doctor said, "I have noted some progress but I would say we should give him time...Michael is in the best environment, next to his wife and kids."
Payen, when asked about his own view about the seven time world champion, he said, "It's like for other patients, we are on a timescale which goes from one year to three years and we need to be patient."
There are a few controversies going on about Schumachers accident. Some say he hit his head against a rock while skiing while a few others say it was the GoPro camera mount that caused the head injury when he fell.
Whatever the cause of accident, his recovery is what really matters at this point of time.
