Speedback Revealed Prior Monaco Debut
David Brown Automotive revealed their new car the Speedback in London, at an exclusive event. The car was scheduled for an unveil at Monaco, it has been showcased in UK prior to it's official debut.
The car was christened 'Speedback', at the event. It has been designed and hand sculpted by Britain's skilled workers/artists. The sports coupe will have a powerful V8 powered engine.

David Brown Automotive have given the Speedback a classic and retro look; however under the skin is modern technology. It utilises an aluminium chassis derived from Jaguar XK model.
At the heart is a supercharged 5.0 litre V8 engine, producing 510 HP. The Speedback will be a rear wheel driven car and power will be accentuated via six-speed auto paddle-shift gearbox.
The car will perform 0-60 mph stints in a matter of 4.6 seconds. It is a tad disappointing that the top speed has been restricted to 155mph.

David Brown Automotive choose parts and components from Jaguar, as they have been tried and tested for reliability. A new car manufacture cannot risk much in the beginning itself.
The Speedback has been designed by Alan Mobberley. He explains the car has been designed using traditional methods. A unique feature in the car is a split tail end, that utilises the trunk as a picnic bench.
The interior is premium and sports hand-crafted wood veneers, leather and nickel finish around the cabin for an old school/ retro appeal.Company founder and CEO, David Brown explains,"This car will appeal to anybody who desires a truly individual sports car, which can boast a fine British pedigree and which will only be produced in limited numbers."
He further added,"thus ensuring the kind of exclusivity associated with Britain's once proud heritage of traditional, high-quality, automotive coach-building."
