Chevrolet Launch Enjoy First Anniversary Edition
Chevrolet had launched their MPV, Enjoy in India exactly a year ago. To celebrate its first birthday, General Motors have launched a first anniversary model of their Enjoy MPV. The automobile giant has sold 20,000 Enjoy MPVs since its launch back in May, 2013.
The First Anniversary model will come with a host of accessories along with slight exterior updates. It will also have special Anniversary vinyls on the MPV.
The Anniversary edition Enjoy will come with chrome treatment for headlights, tail lamps, door handles and number plate holder. It will also have roof rails and turn indicators integrated into the OVRMs. Within the cabin, the Enjoy receives an elegant looking wood finish.
GM India President and Managing Director Arvind Saxena, commented,"Chevrolet Enjoy has completed a very successful ‘Year of Enjoyment' on Indian roads. It has given our customers a spacious multi-purpose vehicle and a luxurious drive that is enabling them to enjoy life with their families and friends."
He also stated,"Since its launch in May 2013, the Enjoy has sold close to 20,000 units. It has taken on the toughest competition in the newly created MPV-B segment."
The Anniversary edition Enjoy MPV will have no changes done to it under the hood. The MPV currently is offered in both petrol and a diesel option. A diesel DOHC 1.3-litre engine, which is turbocharged and generates 74.8 PS.
The petrol powered Enjoy MPV gets a 1.4-litre SMARTECH engine, which produces 100.2 PS. Chevrolet offers their MPV with a standard warranty of 100,000 kilometres or three years, whichever occurs sooner.
The Chevrolet Enjoy is offered in six colors - Velvet Red, Candy White, Switchblade Silver, Seadrift Grey, Caviar Black and Linen Beige. The First Anniversary edition Enjoy MPV will be sold in limited numbers.
