Chevrolet India To Export Beat To South Africa
General Motors usually manufacturers vehicles in the country, where they will sell it. However, with low demand in India for its vehicles the manufacturer will use its facility to export vehicles. They will begin exporting the Beat hatchback to its export markets.
They will commence manufacturing the left hand version of the Beat. They will manufacturer it at its Talegaon facility in Pune. General Motors had earlier announced it will export the Beat to Chile and now to Africa.

General Motors has plans to further grow its export to Latin America. The Beat is sold globally as the Spark and will be called the Beat in African markets. They will commence export of its vehicles by mid 2015.

The Beat will be sold in African markets in both petrol and diesel trims. General Motors has not revealed details about if they would introduce LPG option. The Beat hatchback will be available in all the colours that are present in India.
In India the Beat hatchback is priced between INR 3,97,000 to INR 5,94,000 ex-showroom Delhi. This is a good opportunity for General Motors to utilise its free facility to make more profits. The manufacturer has not revealed pricing of the Beat for the African market.
