Bosch India Register Profit In Q3
Bosch is a German engineering company that develops various components for different uses. The company was founded back in 1886 by Robert Bosch in Stuttgart, Germany. They are the largest suppliers of auto components in the world.
They have been providing manufacturer with various components. Bosch develop brakes, fuel systems, starter motors, electrical drives, steering systems and much more. They also provide industrial products and building products.
Bosch has a strong presence in India and several manufacturers use their components. In India they provide auto components, original equipment manufacturers and several other components. They have revealed their sales figures for Q3.
The German component manufacturer has reported a profit for Q3. They have witnessed a growth of 30.78 percent, which comes to around INR 306.36 crore. These are excellent figures for a component manufacturer in India.
Q3 ended in September, 2014, however, Bosch follows the January to December fiscal. During this period the German manufacturer witnessed growth of 19.03 percent. In the previous fiscal they achieved INR 2,147.09 crore revenue.
In the current January to December fiscal they are already showing revenue of INR 2,555.76 crore. Several automobile manufacturers have witnessed a dip in sales during this period. The festive season has not boosted sales this year and is a tough time for a few manufacturers.
