BMW X4 Launch Confirmed; Geneva Motor Show

BMW is all set to reveal their latest offering the X4 on 6th March, 2014. The reveal was confirmed through their Instagram account by a video.

This however, means BMW will not showcase the X4 at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. The motor show will commence on 4th to 5th for press and BMw will launch their car later on the 6th.

It is most likely the German car maker will debut their X4 at the next Motor Show, which is the New York International Motor Show in April.

BMW will be unveiling their new 2 series Active Tourer, a facelifted X3 and a 4 Series Gran Coupe at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.

The video doesn't give a lot, just a quick glance of its new X4, which looks like a smaller X6. It was showcased at last years Shanghai motor show as a concept and was promised wouldn't change a whole lot.

The X4 will be developed on the X3 platform, which means it will feature the same four cylinder engine in Petrol and Diesel options. They will sport either a 6 speed manual gearbox or an eight speed automatic.

When this car is launched by BMW, we hope they get it to India as it could be more desired among buyers and BMW India owners.
