Blaupunkt Launches First Brand Shop In India
Blaupunkt, who specialise in in-car entertainment systems, have setup their very first official store in Kochi, India. Present at the inauguration of their new store was Lars Placke, CEO and Managing Director, Blaupunkt.
Previously the authorised dealer for Blaupunkt systems was Topmost Group from Kerala. The new official store by Blaupunkt is owned by them too. The German entertainment system manufacturer has been popular among music lovers in India and they have finally opened their official store in Kochi.
The German entertainment system manufacturer plans to open 20 more stores over the next two years in India. Blaupunkt currently offers speakers, woofers and subwoofers in the country. Their new stores will stock Blaupunkt's entire range of entertainment system.

The German entertainment system has also introduced to its range new touchscreen double din multimedia system. Blaupunkt calls its the Las Vegas 350 and was launched in June, 2014. Blaupunkt has combined its navigation system with entertainment options for a wider audience.
Blaupunkt earlier launched the San Diego 530 multimedia navigation system that combined music and navigation features. They will also offer these systems in India, if there is need for them. Currently navigation systems are not very huge in India, however, the market is growing.
