German luxury car manufacturer Audi is finding innovative ways to keep up with its compatriots. Audi, BMW and Mercedes are currently the leaders in luxury car segment. The three of them have a sizeable advantage in the market.
Audi has launched several products and facelifts among their Indian portfolio. They have now announced the launch of their A4 sport variant. The German luxury car manufacturer has priced its sedan at INR 39,95,000 ex-showroom, Mumbai.
The German manufacturer have introduced this Premium Sport variant, as it would sit in between their Technology option and Premium trim. The new A4 variant will also get minor tweaks to set it apart.
Audi A4 Premium Sport variant will be powered by a 2.0-litre TDI diesel mill. The German engineers have tuned the engine to produce a maximum power output of 177 bhp, along with 380 Nm of peak torque.
On the exterior Audi have provided this mid-spec variant certain upgrades. The manufacturer will provide redesigned bumpers kit. The sedan will drive on special 20-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels. A4 Premium Sport will be available in two paint schemes either white or red.
The German manufacturer has also spruced up the interior of A4 Premium Sport variant. It will be offered with all black interior, compared to a dual-tone that is provided in the standard vehicle. Audi will also offer carbon-black package, which will include door moulding, window sills and wing mirrors all in black.
The A4 Premium Sport will receive tough competition from the soon to be launched Mercedes-Benz new C-Class. It will also compete with fellow german manufacture BMW and their 3 Series sedan.
