Audi Best Employer Of 2014
Audi took double victory in the FOCUS study, ranking first in the overall ranking and amongst the large companies of the German automotive industry. In overall rankings, Audi followed by Airbus in second, while third place was taken by BMW. BMW and Volkswagen ranked second and third respectively in industry ranking.
Thomas Sigi, Member of the Board of Management of AUDI AG for Human Resources, at the event in Berlin yesterday said, "These two awards make us very proud. With their excellent evaluations, our employees confirm our corporate goal of being the world's most attractive employer."
He further added saying,"Above all, they recommend Audi as an employer to potential applicants. For us, that's a great possibility to convince the best skilled workers of our qualities and also an incentive to offer an increasingly attractive working environment."
The study not only includes being well paid. They also have to tailor development possibilities, flexible working arrangements and versatile childcare facilities for families.
In an attempt to acquire skilled workers, the company has used its employees' willingness to recommend the company as an employer.
In a personnel marketing campaign called 'Magic Moments', as well as 'Working at Audi', the German company employees explain their personal reasons that favored the company.
Audi's success is proof of the popularity of the German manufacturer.
"We are attractive due to the exciting work we offer in innovative areas and due to the successful growth path of the Audi Group," explained Thomas Sigi.
The 2013 Queb Award saw the company reach top position with its 'Working at Audi' campaign in the category 'Excellence Employer Branding Campaign.'
