Alfa Romeo 4C Is 2014 WTCC Safety Car
FIA World Touring Car Championship or WTCC has selected the Alfa Romeo 4C, as 2014 safety car.
It has been confirmed that the 2014 season will witness BMW M5 as a safety car in 2014 MotoGP season. While the Alfa Romeo 4C will run as a safety car in WTCC circuits.
It's first day on the job is 12th April, which is the preliminary round of the season. It will debut at WTCC as a safety car at Moulay El Hassan Circuit of Marrakech, Morocco.

The car has been designed by Alfa Romeo engineers, however, it has been built by Maserati in Modena plant. The Alfa Romeo 4C represent the iconic brand.
The car sports a Performance as well as enhanced driving pleasure as its DNA.
WTCC selected the Alfa Romeo 4C as a safety car, mainly because it won 'Most Beautiful Car of 2013'. It received this award by International Automobile Festival of Paris, it was their 29th function.

The Alfa Romeo 4C supercar features a mid-engine with rear-drive. It sports a 1.75 litre turbo boosted engine. The four cylinder engine generates 240 HP of power and 350 Nm of peak torque, which does not sound right for a super car.
The Alfa Romeo looks great, however, its headlights are awkward looking. There is a new spider version coming, which sports better looking headlights. It was showcased at the recent Geneva Motor Show as a concept.
