Abarth 500 In Pune Fiat Cafe
Abarth showcased its interpretation of Fiat's 500 at the recently concluded 2014 Auto Expo in Delhi. It is one of the four cars that Fiat plan to launch in 2014 for India.
Abarth will be showcasing their 500 at Pune in Fiat cafe, it will be be displayed from 14th to the 16th of March. Customer's and enthusiasts both will be welcomed to witness and clear queries with Abarth.
Abarth plans to sell their 500 in India via the Completely Built Unit route or CBU. It, however, has intentions to localise productions soon. This will help Abarth in providing their vehicles at an affordable price to Indians.
Abarth will not have their own showrooms, however, it will share space with selected Fiat dealerships. They will be displayed within Fiat showrooms and can be purchased from the same.
Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director, FIAT Chrysler Automobiles India Operations explains,"Pune is one of the key markets for FIAT New Linea and Abarth 500 because of its young demographic with high disposable income."
He further added,"Abarth 500 is an iconic car known for its racing performance and the flagship car of the Abarth brand worldwide. We have received positive reviews at the Delhi Auto Expo for our product line up in 2014."
It will be great if Abarth can get their localised version of their cars to Indians soon. Basavanhalli explains they were ecstatic to the response, that Abarth received at the recent Auto Expo in Delhi.
