2013 Volkswagen Vento Offered With Rs 1.56 Lakh Concession
VW is offering concessions worth as much as INR 1.56 lakhs for the 2013 Vento sedan. The discounts, available in Delhi, is available only on the Comfortline diesel variant of the Vento.
Part of VW Vento ‘Preferred Edition', the 2013 Vento Comfortline diesel comes with a cash discount of Rs 75,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 and free accessories worth Rs 51,000. The free accessories being provided are sat-nav system, rear-view camera, 15 inch alloy wheels, chrome lined windows and faux leather seat covers.

Non-corporates can also avail discounts, but to a slightly lesser extent. This includes the Rs. 75,000 cash discount and Rs. 30,000 exchange bonus.
The 2013 VW Vento Comfortline diesel is available for INR 9.26 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) prior to the price reduction of up to INR 1.56 lakhs.
Volkswagen Vento Comfortline diesel is powered by a four cylinder 1.6 litre turbocharged diesel engine that generates peak power of 105PS at 4,400 rpm and peak torque of 250 Nm between 1,500 rpm and 2,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission driving the front wheels. The ARAI certified mileage delivered is 20.5 km/l.
