China Gets World's Largest Rolls Royce Showroom
China is the darling of almost every international automaker as it the next global market that will bring in the most sales. The country's huge population and a proportionate amount of millionaires and billionaires has ensured a study demand not just for regular cars but also for ultra luxurious brands such as Rolls Royce.
The iconic British car brand Rolls Royce has benefitted immensely in China, which is at present its third largest market. Rolls Royce recently opened its 16th showroom in China, which happens to the largest Rolls Royce showroom in the world.
The new Rolls Royce showroom is located in Shenyang, China, one of the country's largest and important cities.
The new showroom has an area of 1,200 square meters and consists of two floors.
The showroom has space enough to accommodate five Rolls Royce cars at a time.
A special Phantom Coupe in midnight blue body colour, with matched seashell interior was unveiled during the opening ceremony.
Speaking during the opening ceremony Henrik Wilhelmsmeyer, Regional Director, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Mainland China, said: "Rolls-Royce Motor Cars holds a remarkable 108 year legacy. This year in particular is very special, marking the 10th anniversary of the renaissance of the historic marque at the new Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, England. We are delighted to celebrate such a milestone moment with the opening of the world's largest showroom in the capital city of Shenyang in partnership with Shenyang Hong Lu Ming Zun. This development provides discerning individuals in the region direct access to the world's pinnacle super-luxury marque."
