Toyota Express Service Comes To India In Delhi; Bangalore To Follow

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has introduced the Toyota Express Service (TES) facility in India for the first time. TES is a facility provided by the Japanese automaker under its Express Maintenance 60 module (EM60) that involves surviving a car in 60 minutes or less.

The first Toyota Express Service facility in India has been inaugurated at Galaxy Toyota, Rama Road, New Delhi. The new facility is spread over an area of 8,000 sq-ft and is said to be capable of servicing 35 cars in a day, in its three servicing bays. India's first TES facility is located near a Toyota dealership that will cater to its spare parts requirement.

Toyota Express Services promises complete customer satisfaction by conducting a thorough service of an entire car in the shortest time possible. This is made possible with the use of advanced, modern equipments and by preventing stagnation.

Part of the Toyota Express Services is a new method of cleaning cars that does not make use of water. Dry washing, as it is called, is said to clean cars better than water and is being offered to customers as part of the package.

Toyota Express Service will soon be extended to other major cities across the country, with bangalore being next in line.
