Tata Motors Sells 61,998 Units In February
Tata Motors has been performing well in India, with sales of its commercial and passenger vehicles in the month of February reaching 61,998 units. This figure is inclusive of vehicles that were exported. Domestic sales alone saw 58,002 units being sold. Meanwhile, cumulative sales currently stands at 736,454 units.

Export
figure,
meanwhile,
stands

The company's commercial vehicles division also reached a new milestone when it rolled out the 2 millionth truck from its Jamshedpur plant. In addition, the manufacturer also won a contract to provide Bharat Electronics Limited with the indigenously developed Tata 6x6 multi-axle high mobility mobile platforms.
Furthermore, Tata Motors has announced that it will launch two new commercial vehicles for intercity transportation and staff transportation - the Front Engine Luxury AC Intercity Coach- 45-Seater and Luxury Staff Bus, in a phased manner.
Over at its passenger vehicles division, the manufacturer managed to sell 10,613 units. This consists of 7,769 Tata cars and 2,844 Tata SUVs
