Skoda Superb Facelift For India To Come In Early 2014
Skoda, earlier this year, reintroduced the Octavia nameplate with the launch of the facelifted model. The new Octavia has since then been selling better than its predecessor. Skoda could soon follow up with a similar treatment to its upper D-segment model, the Superb saloon, which is one of the better selling models from the Czech automaker India lineup.

The 2014 Skoda Superb facelifted model is likely to be launched early next year, either ahead of the Indian Auto Show or during it, in early February.

These images showcase the expected design changes that will appear in the Skoda Superb facelift, which takes to the new Skoda family design seen in the new Octavia. Towards the front, the facelift gets a new grille design and bonnet, the same honeycomb grille lower airdam, slightly designed headlamps and new fog lamp units.

Moving to the rear, the wraparound taillamps feature a new design, with elements seen on the new Rapid. Also new the bumper and the licence plate slot that's been moved up to the boot lid.
There's no news about changes to the engine lineup and Skoda could continuing using the 1.8 liter turbo petrol and 2.0 liter turbo diesel.
