Rolls Royce India Opens Fourth Showroom In Ahmedabad
The city of Rajkot in Gujarat was once home to a one of its kind and one of the most well known custom built Rolls Royce ever. It is the ‘The Star of India' we are talking about. The Bespoke 1934 Phantom II 40/50 HP Continental was commissioned by the Maharaja of Rajkot himself.
Rolls Royce has now returned to the land of ‘The Star of India' with the opening of a new showroom in Ahmedabad. The fourth RR showroom in India. The showroom is maintained by authorised dealer, Navnit Motors Pvt Ltd.
Located in Thaltej Cross Road, the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ahmedabad showroom is has a floor space of 2,637 sq.ft, capable of displaying two Rolls-Royce cars at once. The facility comes with a lounge for customers where they can customise they own bespoke Rolls Royce. Customers get to choose from 44,000 exterior colours and an almost infinite number of wood, leather and interior combinations.
The other Rolls Royce showrooms in India are located in Mumbai, Hyderabad, New Delhi and a fifth one in Chandigarh will open by the end of the year.

During the opening ceremony of the showroom, Herfried Hasenoehrl, General Manager, Emerging Markets Asia said: "We are delighted to be able to expand in India, a market which represents excellent long-term business potential. Along with Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad and Chandigarh, Ahmedabad is another milestone in our strategy of gradual, sustainable business growth. This new home of Rolls-Royce in Gujarat will be managed by one of the country's most experienced luxury automotive retailers, Navnit Motors, which opened our first dealership in Mumbai during 2005, after a long absence from the Indian market. The history of our cars in India has produced highly Bespoke Rolls-Royce cars like ‘The Star of India', and so we continue this service today."
