Polaris To Race The RZR XP 900 At 15th Raid de Himalaya
The 15th Raid de Himalaya began on October 4. The gruelling rally race takes place on some of the world's highest motorable roads, putting to test the endurance, ingenuity, physical and mental toughness of the driver and the machine. Taking part for the second time in the rally is Polaris India.
The Polaris team has deployed its newly launched RZR XP 900 ATV for the rally, with company race driver Raj Singh Rathore behind the wheels. Polaris is participating in the ‘X-TREME 4X4' level of the rally since this provides them with a perfect opportunity to showcase the capabilities of the RZR XP 900.
The rally, kick started from Shimla, moves through stretches of Kaza and the Monastery Necklace, Keylong, Debring, finally ending in Leh.

The RZR XP 900 ATV is powered by an 88 HP motor, with the power handled by a 3-Link Trailing Arm IRS. The low maintenance ATV has a ground clearance of 13 inches and comes sporting Dual-A-Arm front suspension. This rugged all wheel drive ATV is the perfectly at home in the rough terrain of the Himalayas.
Speaking about Polaris's participation in the Raid de Himalaya rally, Mr. Pankaj Dubey, Managing Director, Polaris India Pvt.
