Polaris Launches Ranger RZR XP 900 On Completing 2nd Year In India
To mark its 2nd anniversary in the country Polaris India has added a new ATV model to its Indian product line. The Ranger RZR XP 900 model was launched at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad.
The 2nd anniversary was marked with celebrations in the upcoming Polaris Experience Zone at the film city. The event was held by Polaris dealers, Polaris Riderz Stop and Polaris Experience Zone.
The new ATV is powered by the 88 HP Polaris ProStar 900 engine with Dual OverHead Cams (DOHC), 4 large valves for high RPM power and 180 degree crankshaft for balanced performance.
The ATV weighs 540 kg, has a cargo bay with 136 kg capacity and at the same time it can accommodate two people weighing a total of 200 kg.
Ranger RZR XP 900 is the first model in India to feature the Polaris Optimized Mass Design. The engine and other hardware components are placed so as to create the lowest center of gravity, providing good balance and control. The ATV comes with variable all-wheel drive system.
The new Polaris RZR XP 900 is priced at INR 24,50,000/- (ex-showroom) and is available in any of the 14 showrooms spread across the country.
