Mitsubishi Attrage Compact Sedan Revealed
Mitsubishi Attrage (attractive) comes with a rather stout nose which helps maintain its compact dimensions, which the automaker says, also provides better front end visibility. The compact sedan also boasts of a tight turning radius measuring just 4.8 meters. No compromises have been made with interior spacing though.
Mitsubishi Attrage will make use of an economical 1.2 liter three cylinder MIVEC engine. This will be paired with either a five speed manual transmission or CVT gearbox. A 1.0 liter engine will also be provided depending on the country.
Working in conjunction with the economical engine will be the clever aerodynamic design of the Mitsubishi Attrage. The Attrage has a drag co-efficient of just 0.29, which will aid in improving the fuel efficiency. Mitsubishi Attrage is expected to deliver an average mileage of around 18.7 km/l. But other reports put that figure at 26.3 km/l. Solid info will emerge upon launch.
Mitsubishi Attrage certainly looks like a sturdy looking compact sedan, which could do well in the Indian market. Perhaps Mitsubishi will take Honda's cue and consider the sedan for India in the near future.
