If you are supporting McLaren this season of Formula 1 then here is an exciting way to be a part of the team from the comfort of your couch. This is made possible by McLaren's LIVE web application.

McLaren LIVE is a web browser based application that provides live streaming of telemetry, timing information and even radio conversations that happen between the drivers and the support team. All you need is a PC or a tablet, with a web browser and you are ready to experience all the tension and excitement along with technical details. LIVE even provides access to "chatter and flow of the pit garage". Things that one would never generally get to experience by watching just the race on TV.

The web application updates continuously and provides live data about acceleration, G-Force data, gear shifts and more right from the cockpits of Jenson Button and Sergio Perez as they drive around during practice, qualifying and race sessions.

Drivers have already begun their practice sessions for Rolex Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne and Jenson Button managed to lap in 1m 28.440s, while Sergio Perez pulled out his fastest lap in 1m 28.597s. Sebastian Vettel is at the top again at 1m 27.211s
